PT. Equator Sistem Integrasi, a growing IT company located in West Jakarta, is urgently looking for fast learner, good team player candidates with the following requirements:
IT Development Head
Requirement:
* Working experience: Senior Programmer (2years), System Analyst (2years), Project Manager (1year), preferably in software house
* Have a good communication and analytical skill
* Have an excellent grasp of the software development process
* Experience in designing and developing web-based application
* Experience in leading a team of developers is required
* Experience in creating software documentation
* Age: 27-32 years old
Job Description:
* Managing the IT development team and arranging the internal procedure
* Responsible in designing software architecture regarding customer"s requirements as well as the scope of work
* Responsible in documentation of design, implementation of methodologies to ensure high quality solution.
* Responsible in monitoring work progress and project schedule
